ACAF is an NGO established in 2002 (previously called the “Association of Cooperation for Afghanistan”). Its objective is to make people aware of the current situation of the Afghan population after the toppling of the Taliban regime, from the perspective of Afghan women and with special emphasis on groups excluded from society.

It is a non-profit organisation that aims to help the least favoured groups of Afghan society. ACAF has a clearly defined project: providing education for women and girls. In addition, this organisation supports other projects against the violation of human rights and collaborates with local NGOs in order to raise awareness about and to fight injustice in Afghan civil society. ACAF’s projects are implemented thanks to the involvement of citizens, institutions and public agencies.
